In several developing countries, little is known about Leishmaniasis. In Angola, reports of cases are scarce, even though the presence of the vector is known.
We present two clinical cases of cutaneous leishmaniasis, the first case is a male patient, 18 years old, resident of the village of Tchissengue, rural area, municipality of Londuimbali, Huambo province, seeking medical attention for presenting a single ulcerative lesion on the dorsum of the big toe of the right foot, with more than one year of evolution. And the second is a 26-year-old male patient from the same place who presented multiple lesions on the skin of the right lower limb. The clinical cases presented showed positivity for Leimaniose cutânea as a result of laboratory tests that included biopsy for anatomopathological study and confirmation by PCR.
